What we call Indian Lilac is not known for its scent; but medicinal...we also have Persian and Mexican Lilacs (as much as i know)....which, to me has a different scent (Persian is kind of heady; Mexican is mild); but European lilac perfumes are available -- that's very sweet...haven't seen the tree yet :)
In Germany we call lilac "Flieder". Here you can see the common colour: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2c/Lilac_%282%29.jpg But we also have white and light-blue "Flieder". I'm sorry I cannot send you the scent.
let's follow the scent. Cricket> I love this sound. Crickets for me mean hearing and feeling the summer. I often stand still listening to the sound of summer.
Rudi otarłeś here for a brilliant haiku! :) The smell of lilac has something to do with the dark sensuality of a rapidly encroaching on the spirit - the smell of sexual connotations, in other words, invoke the night, the darkness when you inhale the smell of lilac. Unusual, yes, I received!
Indeed I wanted to write a very sensual text. Scents often have erotic connotations. I agree. So I am happy when a reader has a sensual experience and smells lilac while he is reading and maybe he thinks about a female perfume.
- I try it in English as well: In 2006 I had a craving for creative activity, but I didn’t want to do wooden handycrafts again. I wanted to know what a haiku is and took my first steps in writing. Since that time I try to reveal the secret about this short poetry and I always discover new things.
Simple, sweet n and brief.. Loved it!

ReplyDelete"...brief": From time to time I like to write briefly. Just a few words can have much expression.
